302x22mm:
To use with Porsche 986 calipers (986.351.421 and 422) together with E34 535i Brake discs (302x22mm).
Discs need modification (4x100 and 63mm center hole)  
Also possible with E12 5x120 hubs on E21. 




Also possoble with this Adapter:
302x28mm:
E34 540i discs with modified Porshce 986 caliper and modified pads

315x28mm:
M5 E34 discs together with Porsche 996 calipers.
