With the calipers from the E34 540i or E32 750i i offer a Big Brake Solution with 312x25mm discs in front and 294x19mm behind. This brake system can use in E30 V8 and other engine concepts with 300hp.
Calipers can come from this E34, e32 and E36 models:
Front: Caliper bracket E34 540i / E32 750i BMW Part Nr. 34 11 1 160 365 (Gußnummer 243)
Caliper E34 540i-M5, (E32 750i, M3 E36) BMW Part Nr. 34 11 1 160 363 und 364 (Gußnummer 60/28/302)
Rear:Caliper bracket E34 540i-M5, (E32 750i, M3 E36) BMW Part Nr. 34 11 1 160 384 (Gußnummer 172)
Caliper E34 540i-M5, (E32 750i, M3 E36) BMW Part Nr. 34 11 1 160 399 und 400 (Gußnummer40/300 und 38/20 usw.)
The 312mm Brake System in front need 17inch wheels.
A lot of 16inch wheels will also fit (SCHNITZER, HARTGE, ATS DTC ...)
The master cylinder must be changed to 25,4mm. Easiest way is to use the E32 750i master cylinder, that fits in all standard E30. In E30 V8 cars the 25,4mm master cylinder comes with the complete E32/E34 Brake Booster Systems.
